We were lucky enough to secure Betty for our wedding photos in Bath, she very kindly worked with us (and accommodating 3 date changes due to COVID restrictions) to achieve our dream photos. We are not local to Bath and had chosen to visit the city with a couple of friends as witnesses with a ceremony held at The Guildhall. Communication was good, we had a virtual pre-meet and various email conversations prior to the date to answer any queries. Betty assisted us with creating a “tour of Bath” on our wedding day meeting us at the accommodation and providing us with suggestions for a route. She helped us to capture some idyllic shots until we left her at our afternoon tea wedding breakfast. We were after informal photos to capture us, the city, the dress, the outfits and Betty certainly did that for us! Betty’s kindness shines out of her and makes you feel very comfortable. She had a knack of being able to get herself in the right place to suit the needs of the shot. If you are looking for a friendly photographer to have a fun, easy time with and producing some excellent results then we would highly recommend. We had such a special day, Thank you Betty!

Surprise Engagements:
The Booking Process:
We love your work, how do we get you booked in?
That’s very exciting! The booking process is very straight forward – I will send you an electronic booking link, from there you can confirm what package you want to book and if you want any extras like a second shooter, a USB stick or an album.
Once you have made your selection you will get an invoice for a 30% booking deposit. You will also need to sign my wedding photography contract, this is done electronically (no scanner involved!). And that’s all!
Please note that popular dates can get booked up to 18 months in advance so if you are thinking of booking me, please get in touch as soon as you can!
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding date.
How fast will we get the photos after the wedding?
It usually takes me around 6 weeks to edit and post the photos to you. For July to September weddings it can take me up to two months due to the quantity of weddings.
How many pictures do we get?
The number of photos depends on how many hours I photograph at your wedding. This can be between 500 pictures for an 8 hour package to 700 pictures for a 12 hour package.
Will the photos be in colour or black & white?
When I edit the pictures, I usually make the decision which images to edit in colour and which one to edit in black & white. Some images simply work much better in one or the other. When it comes to the portraits I offer both options for each image so you can take your pick.
Are we allowed to print and share the photos once we received them?
The copyright will remain with me as I was the one who took the pictures, but you have full user rights which means you can print the images as large as you want to, share them with your friends and family, and even make your own cards and books with them. You will receive high resolution files from me so you are not restricted in any way where or how to print them.
Can we still order an album or photo book after after the wedding?
You can order a beautiful wedding story book and parent story book album (which is a smaller copy of your story book) any time after the wedding, even years later.
Can our wedding guests buy us a wedding story book as a gift?
Great idea – Yes, they can! I offer a wedding registry through which your guests can buy you a wedding story book (or two). If several guests want to buy the album together please tell them to email or phone me and I will sort this out for them.
