Hello Betty, We received our photos yesterday and couldn’t be happier with them. They are absolutely fantastic and just the style we wanted. You have captured the day perfectly and as we pour over them all the emotions of the day return. We are so glad you photographed our wedding- not just because we have been left with a set of stunning photos but also because you were a joy to work with both prior to and on the day. Your friendly, bubbly personality, great sense of humour and creative ideas made the day so relaxed too. Many thanks, Katie and Adam x
Three weeks ago I photographed my first wedding at Tracy Park in Wick near Bath. What a wonderful day it was! Katie got ready at her parents house, followed by a lovely ceremony at St. Anne’s Church in Oldland. Then we all headed over to Tracy Park and started the celebrations with some amazing portraits in the walled garden. Note that at this time of the year the walled garden had rather a lot of nettles growing in it which made my job of circling around the Katie & Adam to capture different angles and perspectives rather painful. But then they say: no pain, no gain. It was definitely worth it. My special features of the day were the tall white LOVE letters as well as a spectacular firework display in the dark. Here is a small selection of a very photogenic day!
If you are getting married at Tracy Park and/or are looking for a wedding photographer to document your special day in a relaxed and creative way, then please feel free to contact me.
This was meant to be a sneak-peek of Esther and Craig’s amazing garden wedding last Saturday but it has actually gotten rather long. That’s how it goes when you photograph one of the most beautiful and creative DIY garden weddings on one of the best (and rarest) summer days in recent weeks (how did they do that?).
Esther’s friends described this wedding to be ‘Esther to a T’. I can honestly say I have never seen such creative wedding decorations and as a creative person myself I am in awe of Esther’s planning and designing skills. The day before was grey, the day after was rain. But this day was hot and sunny which really suited the whole setup.
And what can I say about Esther and Craig? They are so in love! And they fulfilled my long standing ambition to shoot portraits of a bride & groom in a cornfield – thanks for that!
Now enjoy this stunning wedding and let me finish with the words of the popcorn stand: Life is salty but Love is sweet!
So that was quite long for a sneak-peak. Sorry about that ;). If you like these pictures and would like to discuss your own wedding plans with me, please feel free to contact me and we can have an relaxed and informal chat. Send me an email or use my contact form.
Two days ago I photographed a beautiful wedding just outside Taunton. Here is a little sneak peak – one of the last shots I took before finishing for the day!
