When I first met Becky and Chris, they were very relaxed with me, but worried about being in front of the camera. This happens a lot! The amount of times I hear “But we really don’t like being photographed!”
This is such a good example for why it can be super useful to do an engagement portrait session! I met with them at their beautiful farm back in June and we concentrated on the field in front of the farm which also houses three ancient stones (a small Stonehenge). I very much guided them through it and they quickly relaxed and even realised that this can be fun. Engagement portraits are a fabulous way to get to know your photographer, see how she works and feel reassured that she is not going tp through you in the deep end, but help you look great on the pictures!
